I specialize in Residential and Multi-residential Real Estate throughout Santa Cruz County.

 I have lived in Santa Cruz for over 37 years and worked as a Realtor since 1988. In that time, I have built a strong referral business. My goal is to do such a good job for my clients that they will refer their friends and family to me.

 A few years ago, my husband Roger, joined me in the business as a licensed Realtor. He was a General Contractor in Santa Cruz County for 20 years. Together we bring the following knowledge and experience to our business: Internet Marketing, Construction Technology Background, Knowledge of County/City Planning and Building Departments, Tax Exchanges and Relocation, Income Property Experience, and the Development of Accessory Dwelling Units for extended family living.

 I am a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelors degree, and Roger is a graduate of San Jose State University with a Masters degree. Together we have two grown children.  I love to garden and grow roses and dahlias.  My interests and passions connect me with the community of art, dance and yoga.
